Sahar Rezvani, director, actress and playwright, was born in Iran in 1988. She began her professional career in 2007 and has been an active member of the theatre company Nimkat for fourteen years. With a master's degree in dramatic literature, she develops work focused on the female body, censorship and feminist theatre. In collaboration with Hamed Amanpour, she has led acting workshops inspired by Jacques Lecoq's poetic body method, resulting in productions of works by Shakespeare, Ibsen and Euripides. Through an intercultural and physical approach, Sahar creates performances that question the boundaries of tradition, gender and expression.
