After visiting the Chartreuse de Neuville in January 2023, then the Abbaye aux Dames and the Corderie Royale in 2024, part of the Saline team went to meet the team at the Abbaye de Noirlac this fall.

After learning about the history of the abbey, its bocage landscape, and its gardens, the teams were able to discuss, by profession, each other's best practices as well as the difficulties encountered and the solutions found to overcome them. These discussions serve to highlight the work carried out within each organization, but also to realize that the teams share the same concerns on a daily basis. They sometimes make it possible to question certain practices and integrate new ones.
