Kiana studied animation at the FILMAKADEMIE BADEN - WÜRTTEMBERG from 2011-2017 and at GOBELINS L’ECOLE DE L‘IMAGE in 2014. She realised several shortfilms and worked on many projects as an animator, designer and art director.
Her graduation film AUGENBLICKE - a blink of an eye was fairly successfull on festivals worldwide. She was nominated for the student academy as well as the BAFTA student award in 2018 and for the Annie Awards in 2019.
After her graduation she participated at Animation Sans Frontières where she first started developing Girl.Dog.Cancer.Space.
