In 2019, the Saline royale d'Arc-et-Senans celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Festival. A gigantic meeting of 500 000 people gathered around the popular and underground music of the moment. Woodstock marks the apogee of the Hippie movement with the global protest against all violence forms. At the Saline royale, the Woodstock Spirit Show and the garden festival The Power of Woodstock Garden Flowers retrace the event.
