Artist residencies are at the heart of the Clarenza project. They focus on material and intangible heritage and its coexistence with creation, experimentation and research. The residencies give artists the space and time to dedicate themselves to creativity and communication, and invite a fresh outlook on the concept of heritage. The Primaderan event enables interaction between artists and allows them to share their work with the public. A second key event, Larrazkenean, allows audiences to see and hear what has been played, created and imagined at the village during the year.
