Beyond the Obvious, Culture Action Europe’s Annual Conference, will take place from October 15 to 17 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The 2015 edition calls on its participants to learn, reflect and debate on how to seek a balance between adequate conditions for a meaningful public sphere on one side, and private and economic interests on the other, in order to fulfil cultural rights – thus, to fulfil human rights.
